Luke Scullion
Luke Scullion is a residential developer based in Hertfordshire and director of a South East–focused development company specialising in planning-led residential redevelopment and high-quality housing delivery. He leads the full development lifecycle from site acquisition and feasibility appraisal through planning, procurement and construction, with a focus on unlocking value through planning and redevelopment opportunities.
Luke has a multidisciplinary background spanning aerospace engineering, international management consulting and entrepreneurship, and holds an MBA and an MSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), with professional interests in SME housebuilding, development finance and the structural dynamics of the UK housing market.
Ray Scullion
Ray Scullion is a construction professional with extensive international experience across Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Over his career, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments, with expertise in site management, project coordination, and quality control.

Known for his practical approach and ability to navigate complex construction environments, he combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver projects on time and to high standards. His international background has provided him with a deep understanding of diverse building codes, regulations, and construction practice.
Laura Hennig
Laura Hennig is an architect and landscape designer with extensive experience in architecture, adaptive reuse, and large scale commercial projects. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Laura has worked on urban planning master-plan developments for Harvard University and high-value commercial and hospitality projects contributing to design development, material specification, interior packages, and adaptive reuse projects such as historic mill conversions. She brings expertise in 3D modelling, graphic design and visualisation, and project coordination, combining technical precision with creative design solutions.
